Infant Boy Clothes
Pamper Your Baby Boy!
Infant boy clothes are the cutest! Nobody is going to argue with that. Is shopping ever more fun than when you have a reason to visit one baby apparel store after another. Most stores that sell baby clothes do have some cool infant boy clothes for every season. You can even find those at retail stores and supermarkets sometimes. Generally, their selection is very limited though. And after all, do you want your little man to wear the exact same outfit as two other babies when you go to the neighborhood breakfast. You should definitely consider taking things up one notch by shopping for infant boy designer clothes. That may be an option that you did not go explore yet because it sounds like it would be a very expensive thing to do. But if you know where to start looking, having him dressed in designer clothes really is a lot more affordable than you think it is. Sure, there are some notorious designer stores where you pay fifty to a hundred dollars, or even more, for a simple outfit, a jacket, and even sleepwear. Going there when you are living on an average family income is not the most economical choice. After all, most of us would only be able to afford a couple of outfits at those prices. And stopping your shopping spree with just a couple of outfits? That was definitely not the plan at the time you were planning and waiting for the arrival of this baby. It is good to know that you can find the cutest designer outfits and pajamas in boutiques and online stores for just a fraction of that.
Newborn boy clothes come, of course, in traditional baby blue and white. Those are the dominating colors in most baby boy’s wardrobes. But why would you not put some variety in your son’s clothes and accessories. After all, you do not want the ladies you regularly run into to think he is wearing the same clothes every time you go for a walk with him. Dare to work with colors. All pastel colors are great for infant boy clothes, except for pink. But, on the other hand, there are countries in Europe where pink used to be a color for baby boys while pastel blue was the typical infant girl color. As a matter of fact, mothers in the country where the European Union has its headquarters, Belgium, used to favor pink for boys. Definitely shop for some infant boy dress clothes as well! If you do not live in Brussels, but still want something pink for your little boy, a pink dress shirt or tie for his outfit for special occasions. Sure, infants are always cute, no matter what they are wearing. And although older kids, and adults, usually do not wear jeans to church or formal occasions, your newborn could and would definitely get away with it. But with the cutest dress clothes, he would really stand out.
Trendy infant boy clothes come in all the colors of the rainbow. Besides pastel colors, consider also a few outfits that are really bright. Dare to choose for color! But there is one aspect that is way more important than the color of an outfit and that something you should not overlook. Always keep in mind, when you shop for baby clothes, is that the person wearing it has to be comfortable in it. Make sure that the clothes you decide to purchase are easy to put on and take off. Changing a diaper or getting ready for the night should not be a nightmare. When it looks like a particular outfit is going to be hard to get over his big head, because the opening appears to be too small, do not get tempted to purchase it anyway. Some of these outfits really look great and are amazingly cheap, but the constant struggle will make him mad and you will get really frustrated. Do not just purchase it anyway because you really like the design or the saying on that is printed on it, or because the price tag is extremely appealing. It will end up in the “does not fit anymore” box or a thrift store a lot sooner than you want it to.
Outfits with footie’s are extremely handy. These will keep your little guy’s feet warm, especially when you take him somewhere. Socks come off easily, so you could easily loose those when you are carrying him around or take him in and out of the car with the infant car seat. And we usually try to keep our infants inside when it is freezing out there, but working moms do not always have that option. Put a pair of socks under a footie outfit, and he is set. One piece jumpers are also warmer than two piece outfits. Outfits with buttons can look really cute, but do not underestimate the danger when one comes off. Check the buttons infant boy clothes every time you are taking the outfit out of the dresser with the intention to put it on, because safety should always come first.
